Red Hill Estate Single Vineyard Chardonnay is grown on the cool climate Merricks Grove Vineyard, situated on the south-eastern hills of the Mornington Peninsula.

The wine is fermented and aged in French oak to develop complexity. It sees partial natural malolactic fermentation and lees stirring, then is bottled after 18 months of maturation.

Bright yellow, Red Hill Estate Single Vineyard Chardonnay has concentrated flavours with rich texture and persistent finish. Cellaring potential is seven years.
